I am an entrepreneurial leader with excellent business acumen with more than 20 years international management experience in holistic program management, organizational development, restructuring and performance improvement to build and lead outstanding IT organizations.

I see myself as an expert in business strategy alignment to underpin unambiguous IT strategy enablement, consistently driven by organizational needs, growth and revenue goals, cost leadership and risk mitigation purposes. Proven track in leveraging cloud technology for companies to enable digital scope of action and improve cost effective IT evolution.

Competence transformation

I have explicitly shown that, even in traditional and rather conservatively oriented companies, a strict and sustainable improvement of culture, technology and business-related implementation of IT is possible.

Competence organization

I have successfully conducted the design, implementation and further development of company IT organizations in various projects, understanding the challenges of organizational and cultural change in an existing organization.

Competence project management

Through my employment in various responsible roles in a variety of different IT and business projects, profound experience exists in all areas of project and program management.

Competence business

 I have extensive experience in various sectors (audit/ accounting/ consulting, financial services, manufacturing, logistics, retail/ wholesale, media). This range of experiences enables me to deal creatively and competently with changes and new challenges.

Competence IT

I provide a comprehensive understanding of all areas of business  informatics. I gained experience in both strategic and operational tasks. In particular I gained a lot of experience in IT organizations that were subject to strong changes (harmonization, outsourcing, service orientation, etc.).

Competence communication

I’m conversant to communicate complex issues in an appropriate management level related manner. For me an open and proactive communication is self-evident.

Competence leadership

I  have extensive experience in the management of highly qualified employees. Apart from the disciplinary leadership, my tasks included the recruitment and development of personnel. The maximum management margin so far was > 100 employees plus equal number of external staff.

Competence (IT) risk, security & compliance

As a former Senior Manager at a  big consulting firm, I have certainly well-founded compliance & security knowledge. I also gained the CISA qualification as well as a COBIT certification.

Competence business development

 I worked more than 14 years as a consultant in different roles on different topics. I grew up from a junior consultant in ERP to a full p&l responsible business unit leader in a market outperforming environment.
